DEVELOPTMENT MANAGER, OWNER
Co-owner of HQ Plastics, passionate about quality and design. There are no impossible things for her, and every problem has its solution. Besides, optimism and smile always accompany her in everyday life. She gained a master’s degree at ATH in Bielsko-Biala and used her experience in several international companies in Automotive manufacturing industry. Co-founder of HQ Plastics concept in the field of business operation in the plastics processing industry. Out of work she is passionate about many kinds of sport activities, mainly running and MTB.
Jacek Bączek
PRODUCTION, MAINTENANCE MANAGER, OWNER
Co-owner of HQ Plastics, based on many years of practice, creator of the concept of the production process and procedure of serial process management and maintenance. He is directly involved and focuesd in any process issue that requires a lot of know-how and experience. He gained a master’s degree at ATH in Bielsko-Biala and at the University of Poznań, where he got an experience in the field of plastics processing and used working in an international plastics processing plant. Co-founder of HQ Plastics concept in the field of business operation in the plastics processing industry. Privately he is passionate about travel, outdoor and survival.
Aleksandra Bączek
FINANSE, BHP MANAGER
She manages the financial flow at HQ Plastics and monitors health and safety rules at work. She approaches every task very precisely and implements all the latest financial news in her department at HQ Plastics to support company in its fast grow up. She gained a master’s degree at ATH in Bielsko-Biala and an additional one in the field of health and safety. She has many years of experience in accounting offices and as a health and safety inspector in other production companies. Privately she is passionate about traveling and water sports.
Przemysław Błasiak
LOGISTICS, IT MANAGER
Author of integrated HQ Plastics IT ERP system and documentation flow in all processes of the company. He gained a master’s degree at ATH in Bielsko-Biala. He has twelve years experience as a programmist and implementer of ERP systems in Logistics, Production and Business Intelligence area which support him for implementation of ideas in the area of HQ Plastics’ needs. Privately passionate about many sport activities, especially road cycling and MTB.
